Tae, based in New Jersey, is currently pursuing her BFA in Painting at Rhode Island School of Design. Her practice is based on their exploration of materiality and the relationship between the ego and identity to the American landscape. Using tools like the Obangsaek (traditional Korean–five colors), she expresses her experiences of other-ness and displacement. ^{She is always willing and searching to learn.}
